Artichoke Dip

  • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 Serrano Chili, finely chopped
  • 3 Green Onions, ends trimmed/discarded, then chopped
  • 8oz Sour Cream
  • 8oz Mayonnaise
  • 12oz Parmesan Cheese


-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

-Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and gently mix thoroughly.

-Scoop the mix into a shallow baking dish, that is large enough for the mix to fill it 2/3 of the way.

-Cover dish and bake for 20 minutes, then remove lid and bake for another 20 minutes, or until there is a nice golden brown crust on top.

-Serve warm with crackers.
